Meet the Team

Jennifer Withee, FNP-C

My name is Jen. I am a board certified Nurse Practitioner, advanced injector, medical director, & founder of Kulture Aesthetics.

I started my nursing career as an RN in 2007, working in L&D and ICU. In 2013 I graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner & served the Valley as a primary care provider. While I enjoyed being able to help my patients, my passion for aesthetic medicine grew over the years. I became certified to inject in 2016 & continued to gather additional trainings & education in the aesthetics field, eventually pursuing it full time in 2020. I specialize in full face rejuvenation, anti-aging, and facial harmonization. I believe in natural yet transformative results & value the bonds I have with my patients. I am here to guide you throughout your aesthetic journey!

When I am not caring for my patients, I enjoy traveling, anything true crime, doing outdoor activities with my goldendoodle, and spending time with my sweet husband. I am a mom to an amazing daughter who is studying nano-engineering at UC San Diego. 

Cassie Barnett, RN

Registered Nurse

Hi, I’m Cassie!  I am from Payson, AZ and moved permanently to the Valley in 2023. My nursing career began in critical care until I found my love for injecting in 2020.  I enjoy providing my patients with customized care, with a passion for anti-aging, wellness,  and enhancing your natural beauty. I am always advancing my skills and knowledge in aesthetic medicine by attending training events and national conferences. When I’m not helping my patients feel and look amazing, I enjoy spending time with my 3 children, 2 dogs.

Richelle Wheeler, RN

Hello, I'm Richelle, a caring and committed nurse injector on a mission to boost people's self-confidence! Originally from a Chicago, I relocated to Arizona in 2002 and started my nursing career in 2010. My nursing experience includes working with adults, pediatrics, and in 2019 I pursued training and certification from the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics. I am always learning new techniques in this continuously evolving field of aesthetic medicine. I believe everyone deserves to feel beautiful and confident, and I can’t wait to help you get glowing!

Mayah Easaw

Lead Office Assistant | Scheduling Coordinator

Hello! I'm Mayah. I am from Gilbert, AZ & I have been with Kulture Aesthetics since Summer 2023. I am the lead office assistant & patient scheduling coordinator. You’ll likely see me greet you upon arrival at your next visit. My goal is to make your visit welcoming & stress-free.
